Disclaimer: Not all software translators can translate Mandarin Chinese 100% correctly. The sentence structures are very different between English and Chinese.

Step 3: Copy & paste each Chinese character and search in the free calligraphy dictionary database. keeps updating and adding more entries.
Warning: For your PC securities, please don’t click on “doubtful” ads in 9610 or some Chinese Websites. The functions of 9610 free dictionary are safe for PCs.

Step 4: Use or other voice speech software for pronunciation. Chinese characters in Pinyin are very misleading if one has not learned how to pronunciate based on the Pinyin system.

    I will take a close look at those, especially for 日 (day) and 曰 (say) that are often confused in different scripts and models. If they do have some percentage of errors, I will contact them or ask friends to build an online dictionary in English and Chinese like the one from 9610.

    Not only seal script. They also have errors in Kaishu. For example, for 日 they show a 曰 from 九成宮醴泉銘, and for 曰 they show a 日 from 玄秘塔碑.

    Printed resources compiled and published by skillful and respectful calligraphers are usually more trustworthy than electronic versions. Sometimes people do not verify the lineages of seal scripts and may obtain incorrect resoures.

    If we find any entries doubtful from the 9610 dictionary, we could notify their administrators. They keep updating and adding more results.
